Word: Embed Funky Fonts in a Document

Have you ever created a document masterpiece using special fonts? You may notice that when you send you masterpiece to print, the printer cannot always duplicate your font, giving you a plain boring looking document or worse, symbols. What gives? Common fixes for this are: 1) Embed fonts in your word document

By embedding fonts in the document, this "funky" font will travel with the document and be available at print time.

PDF files embed fonts by default. Professional printers often prefer a pdf file because of this feature.
